How to Prepare for our Deep Dive Session

In preparation for our Deep Dive Session, please:

Send me 2-3 job descriptions you are interested in. If you are applying to a specific job, please send that.
Think through your 3-4 favorite achievements from each of your last roles over the past 15 years using the STAR method:
- Situation - describe the overall situation.
- Task - what was your task? If you decided to take initiative yourself, why did you do it? What problem were you solving?
- Action - what action did you take?
- Result - what was the result? Please use quantifiable results when possible i.e. saved 25%, increase customer satisfaction by 3 points, generated $X in sales. Note: some results are not quantifiable, if you do not have numeric measurements, no worries at all! Your achievements will still shine!
Please feel free to write your STAR achievements out if you’d like. If you write them out, please feel free to send them to me. If you do not have time to write down your achievements, no worries at all! We can discuss at the session - it is entirely up to you.
